Artist's Statement
Coming Soon.
I've always been most drawn to art that deals with loneliness. It's such a poignant and universal emotion. I believe art's job is to mitigate that feeling a bit. To connect people and make them feel like they're not alone, to give them something to bond over, to give them something to discuss, to allow them to create to fill the void and dig themselves out of it.

Applied Mime
This class aimed to show students a new way to conceptualize and move their bodies, explore concepts of rhythm and timing, and discuss a theory of stage presence. We (hopefully) filtered Corporeal Mime Technique through the lens of everyday life.
Tradeschool LA - March 12, 2016
Simone has been performing since childhood, beginning with joining her father Macarldie Nibbs on stage to sing with him, and concocting a number of small performances with her friends for their parents.
